The GLADIATOR 12 is a heavy-duty high-production cutter suction dredging system engineered for demanding sediment removal operations requiring maximum durability, powerful hydraulic dredging performance, and long-term operational reliability across industrial, mining, municipal, environmental, and infrastructure-focused applications worldwide.

Built for contractors and operators requiring serious dredging capability in challenging environments, the GLADIATOR 12 combines a heavy-duty cutter suction platform, rack and pinion spud drive system, hydraulic boom force control, and large-capacity dredging performance to support efficient sediment removal and dependable long-term production capability.

Equipped with a 14-inch (355mm) suction and 12-inch (300mm) discharge pump, the GLADIATOR 12 delivers powerful production-focused dredging performance with a standard digging depth of 30 feet (9.1m). A spacious operator cabin provides increased operator comfort, storage, and operational visibility while modular sectional transportability supports simplified transportation and deployment.

Designed for real-world dredging environments, the GLADIATOR platform features dual-acting boom cylinders for increased cutterhead force, high-efficiency hydraulic systems, optional free-floating spud capability, and configurable options including jib cranes, generators, lighting systems, tail winches, and specialized cutter configurations to support demanding operational requirements.
