• Manage personnel on a daily basis.
• Utilize VMI’s CRM (Customer Relations Management) software for marketing and sales.
• Provide insight for sales performance and reaching sales goals.
• Oversee that VMI’s CRM software is being utilized properly by all.
• Create content strategies for print and digital media.
• Oversee digital and print content for websites, emails, social media, blogs, articles, and print.
• Collaborate with sales, graphic design, and others to optimize company exposure and build brand consistency.
• Use social media to target and interact with clients to build and maintain working relationships.
• Responsible for coordinating trade shows and conventions ensuring all items needed are ship to and from the locations.
• Responsible for setting up travel and lodging for trade shows and convention attendance.
• Implement and optimize analytic tools to track advertising effectiveness.
• Collect and analyze search engine, web, and social media traffic reviewing data for trends and patterns.
• Make recommendations and changes for improvement.
• Forecast trends by reviewing advertising effectiveness and sales performance metrics.
• Oversee the company website for updates and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Identify and monitor potential customer preferences for new advertising campaign strategies.
• Maintain current knowledge of developments, trends, and best practices in marketing.
