I started here when I was 52 years old that was 25 years oldo num up my M well Don first of all congratulations 25 sh here is is quite an achievement to be at one company that long especially nowadays did you imagine whenever you started here that you would still be here 25 years later yeah you felt like that was your permanent home I still feel that [Music] way all I like to do the cutter heads the B more technical yeah you got to pay really got to pay attention way you weld them the Symmetry and every all that stuff that goes into them and I think about all that stuff try to make it work [Music] right Dawn is uh a person definitely to be looked up to very humble very reliable he here every day uh Dawn's almost like a robot you can always count on them to uh to be at work and to get the work done much like a robot honesty he has a lot a lot of qualities most people don't have he has a lot of Integrity as well but yeah I mean he's an excellent role model for a lot of the younger generation for [Music] sure yeah make it a challenge right always learning make make it a challenge yeah like you never sto learning yourself yeah it just makes you stronger and it inspires everybody else to keeping up with the world yes definitely so yeah congratulations on 25 years congratulations Don 25 years being i b an accomplishment congratulations 25 years um good luck from here out man congratulations old man happy 25th congratulations Don congratulations on 25 years you've done an amazing job and you're an amazing person and I hope to see you here even longer congratulations Don on your 25th hello yeah it's just want to congratulate Don on his 25 years working here at BMI congratulations Don 25 years that's amazing I hope I'm still moving around like that when I'm when I'm there congratulations hey Don I want to congratulate you on 25 years of service to vmis manufacturing team you are a beacon of light to me especially and I just appreciate your commitment to not only your craft but to God as well that is inspiring to me and to a lot of your your teammates here and I um I know that your dedication to your craft have made your co-workers inspired to increase their level of quality um of the work that they do and it's because of you of the growth and success of this company and I'm just proud that you're part of it I want to congratulate you on 25 years of dedication innovation and commitment to the VMI team and we're so proud to have you all right Don I want to congratulate you on the 25 years uh I was surprised to come back uh to work at VMI and I worked here when I was in high school to showed up he was still here and really nice to have someone [Music] to looked up to you know know so much knowledge about me and life so it's just really great to be able to work with you just want to congratulate you for [Music] 25 congrats on 25 years [Music] Dawn uh Dawn's been here 25 years really really good guy really knowledgeable learn a lot from dawn uh congratulations Don on 25 years what an accomplishment hey Don uh thank you for everything you do here and teaching us all this great stuff I've learned a lot of good things from you and it's been a blessing working with you Don's not only an inspiration to me but everyone else in the shop and we're very thankful to have him working for us and and in our lives in general congratulations Don 25 years is a long time that's something to be proud of I hope I'm doing what you're doing when I'm your age congratulations Dawn um I know that 25 years is unheard of these days but you you've done it um and we want to congratulate you for [Music] it congratulations Don on 25 years what an amazing accomplishment thank you for being such a great inspiration to others congratulations Dawn on 25 years congratulations Dawn on 25 years hopefully there's many more to come okay Don say congratulations on how many years I don't how many years you've been here 25 25 years for a 77 year old man which is pretty remarkable and you're pleasure to work with I always had been and I'm sure miss you when if you ever retire if you ever retired that's what I should say congratulations on everything else thank you well 25 years ago you were till in high school actually well I would have been out yeah just got out been a lot of water on the bridge but it don't the time went fast he going faster and faster but you know cash Grandpa was here he had his fingers in The Pie when I started here Cash's dad and uncle was running it g yourself in it now that's the third generation right [Music] [Music] there [Music] fancy [Music]
